The Student Support Centre (SSC) was established as an ‘umbrella’ to provide whole school programs to support our Strand 1 Personal Skills and make it possible for Every student to succeed during their time at BSE and beyond.
The SSC’s core goal is for ‘Every’ student to achieve success in their education, both academically and socially. Students enrol in year 7, graduate year 10 and achieve a minimum pass level each year. Students are to graduate as positive and productive members of society who are confident and emotionally intelligent.
The focus of the Student Support Centre is wellbeing and also provides for disability and impairment/special programs. Ange Tremain leads the large team of specialist staff.

Bendigo South East College is fortunate to be part of the Fresh Fruit Friday program that runs at a number of regional schools. Each week, the McKern Foundation and J.L. King ensure large boxes of fresh fruit is delivered to the College for all students to enjoy. We appreciate the support of all providers to this worthy program.
