Athlete Development Program
The Athlete Development Program at BSE is a complete sports education and training program aimed to assist students in the pursuit of sporting and academic excellence. The Athlete Development Program runs for the entire school year. Students are eligible for selection every year they attend Bendigo South East College.
The strength of our sports specialism lies in its holistic approach to each student’s academic, athletic and personal development. A team of passionate, highly committed professionals, working together in an integrated manner, deliver the core elements of our specialist sport program. It is exciting to see the collaborative efforts of teachers, parents, coaches, mentors, fitness professionals, performance analysts, physiotherapists, sports psychologist, and dieticians all contributing to assist young people achieve their goals in school sport and life. The development of an ‘athlete friendly’ culture at the College is an exciting initiative that will help to deliver a flexible curriculum to assist the achievement of student goals through individual learning plans.
BEP ADP Pilot Program
The Bendigo Education Plan Athlete Development Program Pilot is a select entry program for student athletes.
Application for Athlete Development Program Pilot – Applications for the Athlete Development Program Pilot close Friday 26 April.
BEP Coach Teacher Reference – All new applicants for the BEP ADP Pilot must have this form completed by a current coach, or physical education teacher (non-family).
Students already enrolled in the program are encouraged to reapply using the ‘fast track’ form.
BSE College Alumni who want to continue their sports training while attending Bendigo Senior Secondary College can apply using the Alumni application form.
