Magistrates Court Excursion

The Bendigo Magistrate’s Court is a tall impressive building near Rosalind Park. Our Year 9 Law class attended a sitting. We answered some of the questions our teacher had given us. Our class is doing a unit on court structure; this includes the High, Supreme and County Courts. There is a Magistrate’s Court in Bendigo. We watched how the different cases were treated. It was a very educational and enjoyable day.
